The furniture is superb, as expected. However, it is the great service that I received before placing the order that exceeds expectations! Joe Isaacson, my account manager, goes above and beyond to help with colour schemes, material samples, blind fabrics etc. He always updated me with the delivery date and generally looks after us – much more than other companies offer!
