Where it all began… Utilising time honoured cabinet making skills, Jonathan channeled his passion for solid wood antique replicas and founded Earlwood Furniture. Based on traditional construction methods, Earlwood Furniture specialised in made to order, bespoke mahogany, oak and cherry items.
After honing traditional skills for 14 years, Furncare was born. With a desire to diversify in the contract furniture industry, the team chose to shift to a more sustainable market – the healthcare sector.
We’re on the move! Having outgrown our current space, we relocated 30 miles south west to 16 Roman Way. Along with an additional 7000 square foot, as care home furniture providers we are now in an ideal location to fulfil our 5 day delivery promise.
Recognising a gap in the market, we launched Liberta Vie as a solution to interior design led, fast care home bedroom furniture packages for the elderly care sector.
Due to the overwhelming success of Liberta Vie and our quick delivery product range, we ran out of space! Welcome Unit 1 & Unit 10 and an additional 6000 square feet of warehouse space.
With our growing quick delivery range, we released Edition One of the Furncare Quick Delivery Brochure. We can now proudly claim to hold the largest range of care furniture available at the fastest delivery speed in the country.
In the midst of a national lockdown, we had reason to celebrate. Thanks to all the hard work of our operations team, we successfully achieved ISO9001 certification. Cheers!

Following the success of Liberta Vie for the elderly care sector, we created Liv to replicate our pre-designed package concept for challenging environments services, growing our reputation as industry leading care home furniture manufacturers and continuing to offer a speedy five day delivery turnaround.
We launched our Grandios packages. Evoking opulence and grandeur, these package are the most luxury of our Liberta Vie range.
We moved to Wyatt House! With our ever expanding workforce, we outgrew our offices at Unit 16. With a large office space, meeting rooms and a showroom space, this new space better equips the team to provide you with a 5 star service.
Our long-awaited new website landed! This was a massive upgrade from the old site. Some of the new functionalities included the ability to buy products online, customise chairs and curtains and much more!
Our Liberta Vie Packages had been serving care communities well since 2017, so it was time for a refresh. As care groups and homes were still implementing our existing schemes, we were careful to carry over elements of these schemes to the updated versions while completely refreshing the look.
