We have ordered a couple of items from Furncare this year and both times we have been pleased with both the service and quality of the items. The delivery team were brilliant both in assisting us in the removal of the old furniture from the rooms and in bringing in the new furniture.
Furncare totally delivered as promised. The items were ready for us within two days and delivered on our availability. The furniture was transferred to the room of choice, protected film taken off and handles put in place. Good solid furniture, great value for money, furniture on castors for ease of movement. Ian and Paul delivered our dining room chairs today. They arrived just before breakfast. They were really respectful to residents in our care home and made sure that the chairs were properly unpacked and positioned so that residents could enjoy breakfast with the minimum of fuss. They tidied up after themselves.and they even made friends with our care home cat.

The furniture is superb, as expected. However, it is the great service that I received before placing the order that exceeds expectations! Joe Isaacson, my account manager, goes above and beyond to help with colour schemes, material samples, blind fabrics etc. He always updated me with the delivery date and generally looks after us - much more than other companies offer!
