Should we compromise?

Should we compromise?

This is a question that you may have considered at your Care Community as we’re all searching for ways of maintaining and raising our standards of quality and service whilst absorbing cost increases. Should we compromise?

At Furncare we believe the stakes are too high to risk cutting corners. It’s now 9 months since we last reviewed our prices. Effective 6 July, we will be publishing a new 2023 pricelist and inevitably prices will go up. This is not a decision we’ve taken lightly. We hope you’ll understand.

SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT

We have committed significant investment into the care sector. In the past year alone, we’ve relocated our Operations Centre & Showroom to accommodate new services, systems and talent, we launched our new website to help you order online more conveniently, and just last month we completed the consolidation of four warehouses into our new National Distribution Centre, adding several new trucks to the fleet to help us meet our exceptional delivery guarantee – within five days from our extensive stock ranges.

THE SUMMER 2023 VALUE PROMISE

Any orders placed before the end of June will incur no increase. All agreed account discounts will still apply, so remember your net price is lower than the published rates.

GUARANTEE

Any projects quoted during June will be honoured for a full month AFTER the price increase takes effect. If you’re anticipating any furniture requirements this summer, call Furncare today on 01603 664 900  for a Value Promise quote and we’ll honour the prices until 31 July 2023. Alternatively email sales@furncare.co.uk.
