Randal Southall

Sales & Marketing Manager

As Sales Manager, Randal is responsible for the management and growth of existing clients as well as the development of relationships with new care home groups. Randal also coaches and oversees the sales team to ensure that they are achieving set objectives.

Joe Isaacson

Account Manager

Joe works with our customers to find a solution to their requirements and is a key point of contact within the sales team. Joe also maintains relationships with existing clients to ensure that their needs are fulfilled on a daily basis.

Arnie Goodenough

Account Manager

Arnie works closely with our customers to identify their needs and ensure that they experience the most hassle-free process right from inception. Arnie also maintains these relationships so that on a day-to-day basis their needs can be fully met.

Carl Southall

Managing Director

Carl oversees the overall company performance through planning to acheive goals and strategic objectives, along with the company financial forecast and managing the senior management team. Carl also maintains strong relationships with some of our key clients.

Samantha Tuohy

Internal Sales Advisor

Samantha coordinates all incoming enquiries and is also Account Contact for many of our regular customers ensuring that they are kept up to date and all requests are actioned quickly. Samantha also assists Sunny in the creation of colour schemes and mood boards for projects.

Lorelle Turner

Customer Service Advisor

Lorelle supports Carl and Randal with the day to day management of customer accounts by providing proposals and documents required. Lorelle also assists Samantha with distributing incoming sales enquiries amongst the team.

Sarah Hart

Senior Finance Administrator

Sarah organises the invoicing and accounts, along with assisting Carl on the company financials.

Debbie Kew

Finance Assistant

Debbie works within the Accounts team alongside Sarah, organising invoices and accounts for our customers and overseeing general office admin.

Jonathan Southall

Research & Development Director

Jonathan oversees our progressive research and development programmes and is responsible for bringing our designs to life and the products to market.

Ben Southall

Operations Manager

Ben heads up the whole Operations team, ensuring we are always delivering the best for our customers, whilst also working alongside Jonathan on R&D developing future innovations to propel the Furncare journey onwards.

Hannah Clark

Logistics Coordinator

Hannah oversees the coordination of all our deliveries in the Logistics department, and is the go to for any queries relating to deliveries and collections.

Kieran Mclean

Head of Production & Dispatch

Kieran works with the Procurement/Supply Chain and Logistics Teams’ requirements, to schedule inbound of goods and production so we that can act efficiently and quickly, in order to deliver our vision and promise to the customer, of being the most hassle free furniture company in the world.

Toby Boston

Supply Chain Coordinator

Toby works tirelessly streamlining our supply chain processes, dealing with the import and export of goods, as well as stock analysis, purchasing and management.

Jordan Cantley

Marketing Executive

Jordan works within the Marketing department, maintaining the website, working on research projects and ultimately striving to consistently build the brand to newer heights.

Sunny Dunham

Interior & Marketing Designer

Sunny works as an interior design consultant creating colour schemes, mood boards and room layouts for customer’s projects, and supports the marketing department with creative design.
