Meet the team
Rochelle organises the invoicing and accounts, along with assisting on sales and customer service and is one of the first friendly voices you’ll hear when ringing us.
Carl oversees the sales team together with all sales activities at Furncare, spending considerable time visiting and liaising with customers on a consultancy basis to discuss their requirements.
Kirsty is executive assistant to Carl and takes the lead on interiors and choices when dealing with large projects.
Jonathan is responsible for overseeing operation procedures, working closely with Ben, along with research, development and HR management.
Elena is responsible for the continual increase and progression of new business, appointments and maintaining customer relations with existing clients.
Purchasing & Operations Manager
Ben is responsible for procurement along with the delivery planning and schedules for our distribution team.
Hannah undertakes the organisation of the majority of our marketing activity on a day to day basis, as well as the ongoing maintenance of our website and is sales account manager for a selection of our existing clients.
Randal is responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with clients.
Warehouse & Production Operative
Paul is responsible for any warehouse goods in and out and internal manufacturing of our furniture.
Andrius spends much of his time on the road travelling the country delivering and installing our furniture and furnishings to our customers.
Tomas handles any warehouse goods in and out, along with internal assembly production of our furniture and furnishings.
Arturs works on furniture assembly and preparations of goods for dispatch.
Paul can also usually be found on the road travelling the country to install and deliver our furniture and furnishings to our customers.
