How To Order

Please see below advice on how to order and delivery of our products:

Please clearly state the full delivery address and advise if there are any restrictions e.g. narrow access to property, restricted parking, no lift (if goods are to go upstairs), restrictions within the property.

Please give full details of the invoice address, if this is different to your delivery address.

Furniture

All deliveries up to a 200 mile radius of our depot:

All orders over £500 (exc vat) carriage free
All orders under £500 (exc vat) incur a £35 (exc vat) carriage charge

All deliveries over a 200 mile radius of our depot: (does not include Scotland, Ireland, some parts of Wales or off-shore location – POA)

All orders over £800 (ex vat) carriage free
All orders under £800 (exc vat) incur a £50 (exc vat) carriage charge

Bedding and Towelling

All orders over £100 (exc vat) carriage free (does not include some parts of Scotland –  POA)
All orders under £100 (exc vat) incur a £9.50 carriage charge

For all non-approved accounts:
Payment must be made before delivery for stock items, or before processing for special orders.

For all approved accounts:
Payment is strictly 30 days net
Payment can be made by: BACS, cheque or card (our bank details are shown on each invoice)

All orders are acknowledged via email for you to check. If order acknowledgements are not replied to within 24 hours, advising of any incorrect details, we assume the details shown on the acknowledgement are correct.

If you do not receive an order acknowledgement within 24 hours, please contact our sales team in case we have not received your order.

Delivery of stock items, up to a 200 mile radius, will be completed within 10 working days. Delivery of stock items to areas beyond this radius may take longer, up to 4 weeks maximum. Delivery of non-stock items will be 4 to 8 weeks.

If you have a preferred delivery date, or require items very quickly, please advise when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Some stock products available for 24 hour delivery via TNT courier service.

  • Deliveries booked in advance by phone or email.
  • Majority of furniture deliveries made on our own fleet of vehicles.
  • Dedicated and experienced distribution team.
  • Items delivered to your individual rooms.
  • Wrappings removed and disposed of.
  • All furniture delivered fully assembled (where access is tight, larger items can be delivered in parts and assembled on site, providing this is requested at the time of ordering – additional costs may be incurred for this option).
